How long does shipping usually take?

All purchases are typically shipped out within 5 business days, excluding weekends & holidays.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. So far, the farthest our crystals have traveled is Australia! Please keep in mind that this is a fairly new process for us, so please feel free to reach out with any international order questions.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We try to reduce our carbon foot print as much as possible! The packing peanuts we use are biodegradable and disintegrate when mixed with water. Our cardboard boxes can be reused and recycled. We opted to use bubblewrap (as it provides better padding & protection), but bubble wrap is also recyclable! We also opted to add metaphysical & geological facts for each crystal listing description in place of paper identification cards.

What happens if my box arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to your package once it's dropped off at the shipper. Rest assured, however, that we do our best to wrap all items as securely as possible to help ensure their safety, & as an extra layer of protection we also include shipping insurance!

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our business, all items are final sale & non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, please email us a picture within 24 hrs. Depending on the scenario, a refund, store credit, or replacement (depending on availability) may be provided. Please see our 'Policies' section for more details.
