Packages are shipped out within 5 days of purchase, excluding weekends & holidays. Please note that we have no control over shipping times once the package has been dropped off at the shipper. For shipping updates, please contact the shipper directly.
All orders must have a valid email address. Orders without an email address run the risk of being cancelled.
We do not offer returns. Please read all item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you receive a broken item, please email us a picture within 24 hours. Depending on the scenario, a refund, store credit, or replacement (depending on availability) may be provided. However, we typically do not offer any refunds, as all sales are final.
